Welcome to PostBolt. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PostBolt. Please read them carefully.

PostBolt is a multi-model AI aggregator platform that provides access to various AI models from third-party providers (currently Anthropic and OpenAI) through a unified interface. The Service includes:

• Access to multiple AI models
• Chat history capabilities
• Billing features (if introduced)
• API access (for eligible plans)

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or access the Service improperly
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes

Credits System

PostBolt uses a credits-based system. Credits are consumed based on model usage, with different models requiring different credit amounts.

Payment Terms

• Credits are pre-purchased and non-refundable
• Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Taxes

Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, or other taxes.

Your Rights

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a license to process and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

Your Responsibilities

• You own or have rights to submit all User Content
• User Content does not violate these Terms or applicable laws
• We do not claim ownership of your User Content

AI Model Provider Access

Your prompts and files may be sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) to generate responses. These providers have their own terms and policies.

The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by PostBolt and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without permission

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We specifically disclaim:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmission

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for verifying all outputs before use.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI PORT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Unused credits are non-refundable.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, without refund.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending email notification for significant changes

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
